It is time for a tidy up of the courts and surrounds and it would be great if you can pitch in and help. If not a donation to the club would be gratefully accepted - 12-3030-0548089-00.
We need battery hedge cutters, battery pole chainsaw, tarps and bags for weeds, weeding tools, mini chainsaws, hand hedge clippers and spades etc.
Work to be done is as per usual:
- Driveway walkway weeding, ferns cut back all the way up and ficus hedge severely dealt to
- Various trees topped and removed, dead tree behind court 3 removed and silver birch on the lawn topped
- Usual drains and carpark foliage areas to be weeded, cut back and cleared
- Ivy by court 3 and under clubhouse removed and put into red rubbish bins
- Hedge by court 3 to be cut back
- Blower around the courts
- Cleaning south wall of clubhouse
Hopefully we will have fine weather, if not we will re-schedule.
