| 7 November at 9:15am | Partners Draw for Midweek Ladies Doubles Cup and free coaching clinic with Geoff Beech. |
| 14 November 9:00am-noon | Top Half of Doubles Cup Draw plays their first two rounds. |
| 21 November 9:00am-noon | Bottom Half of Doubles Cup Draw plays their first two rounds. |
| 28 November | Rain Off Date. |
| 5 December 9:00am-1:00pm | Semi-Finals and Finals of both the Doubles Cup and Plate are played followed by annual Christmas Lunch and Prizegiving. |
